Mouse cursor (Not Default) for link context menu if cursor was under context menu

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3004.3 Safari/537.36

Mouse cursor not default for link context menu just if cursor was under context menu when press right click


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Make sure cursor becomes under context menu when press right click
2. Put cursor on any link and open context menu

What is the expected behavior?
Default mouse cursor (arrow)

What went wrong?
Cursor keep last vector 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 58.0.3004.3  Channel: dev
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows-7, Mac-10.12.2 and Linux Ubuntu-14.04 using Chrome stable version 56.0.2924.87, canary 58.0.3010.0 and reported version 58.0.3004.3 with the steps mentioned in comment#0.

Please find the attached screen cast and let us know if anything missed here to reproduce the issue.

Please notice problem will never happen in your test

Because mouse cursors will become above context menu before pressing right click

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 with chrome dev #58.0.3004.3, reproduced the scenario as steps showed in the comment #6.
Attaching a screen-cast for reference.

endlifex@ could you please try the same scenario with clean profile with no apps & extensions and let us know your observations.
