What steps will reproduce the problem?

(2) Tap password-protected network that you haven't connected to before
(3) Enter wifi password in system dialog
(4) Press enter

What is the expected result?
You connect to the network

What happens instead?
The dialog is canceled instead and you don't connect to the network
