Issue descriptionCan only copy and paste from web sites using chrome using touchscreen...not mouse. Also cannot click on customize button to reset settings or get into any settings.

Tested this issue in Windows 10 with chrome version #56.0.2924.87 and i was able copy and paste from both touch screen and mouse. Attaching the screen-cast for reference. dublbassman@ could you please retry the same scenario with clean profile with no apps /extensions and let us know your observations.
