"Scanning for devices..." in Bluetooth device list is shown in old style in MD system tray.

As seen in the screenshot, "Scanning for devices..." is shown in BT device list when there is not devices nearby.

The visual style of the message was not changed from the non-MD system tray.
Maybe we should update the design as we did for "Bluetooth disabled" message?

That's a good idea. Let's do just like "Bluetooth disabled" only this time we use regular bluetooth icon. Preview attached.
