It would be nice if each web renderer was able to show what a11y mode flags were being used, and have the ability to enable each flag separately.

Right now, each web renderer either has a11y turned 'on' or 'off'.  Internally we're treating 'on' as native and web is on. But there are more flags that we can toggle such as inline text, screen reader, and html.
