Use sync account email in contact information.

Issue description

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign-in to to Chrome.
(2) Remove all emails in autofill settings.
(3) Click Buy on https://rsolomakhin.github.io/pr/contact/.

What is the expected result?
The sync account email address should be used in the contact information section.

What happens instead?
Contact information section shows no email addresses.
