Files app offers Rename option for "shared with me" files, which cannot be renamed

Project Member Reported by w...@chromium.org, Feb 10 2017

Issue description

Chrome Version: 57.0.2987.32 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)
OS: ChromeOS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Have someone share a directory with you in Drive.
(2) In Files, right-click and choose to Rename the directory.

What is the expected result?

Expect that the option is not available, if you don't have the rights to rename it.

What happens instead?

Files allows you to enter a new name, but when it refreshes the directory is back to the old name.

Seems fixed, possibly with the permissions updates for team drives. Marking no repro on M-70.
