Switch from Impl to main freezes fling.

Chrome Version: 58.0.3008.0
OS: ChromeOS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open the attached file and do a fling on the purple div.
(2)Watch the scrollbar to see when scrolling switches to Main thread.

What is the expected result?
The fling should continue on Main thread after this change.

What happens instead?
The fling stops suddenly.

Great repro case, thanks.
I agree that this is low priority, but the fix for it should be pretty similar to getting the impl/main transition for scroll latching working, right?

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
With browser side fling landed https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/931998 the fling is not handled on the renderer and switching from Impl to Main in the middle of fling doesn't cause the fling to freeze.

I think it would make more sense to call this Fixed - the bad behavior no longer occurs, due to work you did.
