url bar not searching properly through recent or bookmarks

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. visit a URL with an IP, for example "192.168.100.101/app/home.php" 2. either bookmark it or dont, its the same 3. enter "101" in the URL bar, the url visited in step one is not suggested as an option What is the expected behavior? I expect Chrome to search by IP or numbers as it does with text. What went wrong? Chrome did not search by number, it suggested random things related to 101. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Able to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 , Mac 10.12.2 & Ubuntu 14.04 using reported version ( stable version)56.0.2924.87 & latest Canary-58.0.3010.0 as per Comment#0. This is non regression issue observed from M30 builds to latest chrome versions.Hence marking it is 'Untriaged'. Please find the attached screencast of M30 behaviour.
