Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Chrome, open NTP, click on Google App icon and select Google translate, .
2. Enter any keyword in search box, in the translated box click on share option and observe.

Actual Result: Blue focus ring does not appear properly for email option.
Expected Result: Blue focus ring should appear properly for email option.

This is a regression issue, broken in M-45 series, below is the bisect info.
