Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3008.0 Revision 7bca188f60e1398463fc64d9fdc7eab6bc13d0a0-refs/heads/master@{#449509} OS: Windows 10 Steps: 1. Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/content 2. Pinch to zoom in, click on any option like Cookies, location,etc and the pinch to zoom out. 3. Now tap on back arrow button and observe Actual: Page does not reset to original size after zooming out sub-page via pinch and back navigation Expected: Page should reset to original size after back navigation from sub-page This is a regression issue broken in M-54, will soon update the bisect info. Good build: 54.0.2824.0 Bad build: 54.0.2826.0 Note: This is touch device specific issue, same works fine via mouse click
