Regression: Very small font is seen for shortcuts of Input methods in Uber tray

OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Recover build or sign in to chrome>> Open Uber tray and select Input methods option
(2)Observe font of shortcuts for Input methods

Expected: Font should be  clearly visible for shortcuts of Input methods in Uber tray
Actual: Instead Very small font is seen. 

This is regression issue as it is working fine in 57.0.2987.35/9202.21.0 peppy.
