Regression: Drop down menu is uneven in Memory section of Dev tools

Issue description

Chrome Version:58.0.3008.0
OS:Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome, open NTP go to devtools >>Memory
(2)Click the Main button and Observe

Expected result:Drop down list is evenly attached to the box area.
Actual Result:Instead, Drop down list is seen slightly out of the box area

This is a Regression issue broken in M-58.

Bad Build: 58.0.3008.0

Note:Issue is not seen in Windows OS.

Reproducible on 58.0.3008.0 of Linux Ubuntu 14.04. Mac shows different behavior of dropdown.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,

You are probably looking for a change made after 449499 (known good), but no later than 449501 (first known bad).

Update:-
 Tested this issue on Linux (14.04 LTS) machine using latest Chrome canary build# 65.0.3287.0 fix is working as expected i.e. Drop down list is evenly attached to the box area. hence adding TE Verified labels.
