Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3004.3 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Try to open the menu when clicking the 3 dots in the right top corner 2. Try to open the menu when clicking the right mouse button anywhere on the Chrome window What is the expected behavior? See the menu and select for example settings or downloading an image What went wrong? The menu flickers and disapear again but when you know where the items to select would be you can click the item. happens in latest Chrome dev and all other Chrome based apps like Atom.io. All others programms working fine. When i connect a external monitor then the problem is gone, when i disconnect it again it is there again. Was working in all other Insider Previews until 15025. Did this work before? Yes Any other WIndows Insider Preview before 15025 and any Chrome dev browser at that time. Chrome version: 58.0.3004.3 Channel: dev OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 25.0 r0 Maybe a problem with the graphic driver on the Surface Pro 4 but it is the latest version and all other programs dont have this problem. Tried to disable all extensions, no difference.

@jmukthavaram: This is specifically on Windows Insider Preview builds 15025 and 15031. These are beta versions of the next version of Windows 10. The .mp4 you uploaded shows you are using Windows build 14393. You need to be in the Windows Insider program to get these builds: https://insider.windows.com/

I tried to record it, the problem is: during the recording i see the problem, but on the final video everything looks fine. So i made fotos of my screen that shows the problem, see attached images. As you can see the dropdown menu apears behind the Chrome window. when i know the position of a menu entry i can still click it, i just don't see the menu. Here a image from my chrome://version screen: http://i.imgur.com/tOYatpl.png As i said i am running a Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview Build 15031 on a Surface Pro 4 with the latest display drivers, the graphic card is a Intel Iris Graphic 540. I have the same problems in Chrome based applications like Atom.io.

At least i know now i am not alone, thx! :) It affects all Chrome Version and all Chromium or Electron based apps like Slack, Atom.io, etc. Another affect of this problem is that for example when i have Chrome in the foreground and try to bring the Spotify window to the front it just flickers and stays behind the Chrome window, but i can, when i know where the buttons are, click the Spotify functions i want to use by clicking on the Chrome window. Another strange effect is that when i connect a external monitor to the my laptop everything is fixed, as soon as i disconnect the external monitor the problem is back. And, as i said, when i try to record the problem i can reproduce it during the recording but on the final screencast everything looks fine.
