Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/58.0.3007.0 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Chrome and pin a tab. 2. Close Chrome and open again. Previously pinned tab opens too. 3. Open new chrome window from windows taskbar icon (right click-new window or mouse middle-click) 4. Pinned tab opens in every new window using step 4 What is the expected behavior? Pinned tab shoul open once in first chrome window and should not open again for other new windows What went wrong? Pinned tab opens in every new window of chrome. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 58.0.3007.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I use Windows 10, not sure about other OS.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 10 with chrome canary #58.0.3013.0, reproduced the scenario as per steps mentioned in the comment #0 and observed that pin tab is opening on only first chrome window. Attaching a screencast for reference. canblbn@ could you retry the same scenario with clean profile withno apps/extensions and let us know your observations. Thank You...

I'm sorry @kkaluri. I can reproduce again. Please see the attached video. I guess it occurs when there is multiple profiles. Please look at the vide attached.
