Issue descriptionThis was found during https://codereview.chromium.org/2642303002/ I have tried using error_page::LocalizedError::GetErrorDetails(net::kErrorDomain, error_code, is_post) However, this fails to find a resource for many error codes such as net::ERR_ABORT, net::ERR_ACCESS_DENIED NOTREACHED() << "unable to find resource: " << message_id;
