[WPT Export] Feature request: reply to CL after exportable commit lands in WPT

I was doing this manually for the first few CLs (and haven't been able to keep up since). It'd be great if we could build this into the script.

Status: Fixed (was: Assigned)

This is now done for provisional CLs. I'm going to close this since we're trying to eventually have all CLs go through the provisional Gerrit flow.
