[gFeedback] - Spike in shockwave plugin crashes. Shockwave version - 24.0.0.194

Issue description

Chrome Version: M56
Shockwave - 24.0.0.194 Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Some user comments
1. Watch on flash memory surged up crash The reason is that shockwave flash memory continues to occupy until they explode And the new version can not be closed, could not find the entrance\
2. Shockwave flash is crashing, which won't allow me to view sites like Tumblr.
3. Been getting this error that Shockwave Flash isn't responding ever since the last Adobe update to Version 24.0.0.194.
4. shockwave flash plug in crashing when playing words with friends through facebook.
5. Facebook games keeps crashing in Windows 10 google chrome.  it says shockwave flash has crashed; could not load shockwave flash; a plug in (shockwave flash) isn't responding.  
6. Turning Chrome browser off and then back on will reset it even if you disable Flash player

Users also suggest that they get Flash not responding error message following the crash

Feedback is back to normal levels.

Adobe released Flash 24.0.0.221 which might have fixed this issue.
Closing this bug (Wont Fix - Obsolete) for now.
