Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Tried using chrome.usb api 2. Tried using chrome.serial.api 3. Need help to prevent the device from keep disconnecting. What is the expected behavior? We need the chrome app to run and the connected FTDI device stay connected. What went wrong? I need some help. We have an FTDI based device connected via USB to Serial adapter. We are using the chrome.serial.api in a sample chrome app, but the device keeps disconnecting for some reason...any ideas to prevent this from keeping happening. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.103 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version: 24.0.0.186 We are trying to get this figured out for our client looking to roll out Chromebooks which must be able to connect to the FTDI devica via the chrome app. We are using the chrome.serial.api as the chrome.usb.api would not work as the permission broker would not allow access. Regards
