Issue description

Chrome Version: Tip of Head
OS: Chrome OS and Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/
(2) Redirected to rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/ and page marked as secure


What is the expected result?
Page should be marked as secure

What happens instead?
Page marked as insecure.

Note: 55.0.2883.87 (Official Build) does not have this issue.

Turns out this issue, is present in Chrome 55 also.
It seems to depend on whether there is a '/' at the end.

https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/ - works as expected
https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill - marked as insecure.

csashi@ email no longer exists. I believe it is a problem caused by https://rsolomakhin.github.io/autofill/  itself. Not a Chrome regression. 

Close as won't fix.
