This is a tracking bug for ongoing work for remoting iOS app moving to Chromium.

Build an iOS target inside of Chromium on the build bots. Code needs to build without src-internal.

After this is finished, please let rohitra0@ and lpromero@ know when code starts running on bots.  The MDC folks will need to update our autorollers to take it into account.
