It is still happening.

I doubt below new change released in chrome56 could be the root cause.

"position: sticky is back - making it easy to create elements that scroll normally until sticking to the top of the viewport."

I checked the site's CSS. The page's body element has a style "position":relative. When I changed the style to "position":sticky, the issue got fixed. Could you please get this fixed?

mbilal@ in order to triage this issue could you please help us with the screen-cast for this issue.

Thank You...

We fixed this issue on our side by changing body's position style tag to "sticky". It won't be reproducible here after, but screencast is available at https://www.screencast.com/t/bBdt0aqYh4go
