Regression: Click on scrollbar region doesn't change scroll position when scrollbar is activated |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3007.0 dev OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Windows Pre-condition: Enable "Overlay Scrollbars" flag from chrome://flags What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and open any page that has scrollbar[Ex: Hit F1 for help page] (2)Scroll with mouse wheel so that scrollbar is activated >> Now click on empty scrollbar region to change scroll position Expected: Scrollbar position should change to place we selected. Actual: Instead nothing happens on clicking on scroll region. This is a regression issue broken in M56. Good Build: 56.0.2916.0 dev Bad Build: 56.0.2917.0 dev

This is WAI as overlay scrollbars have no track. Additionally, overlay scrollbars aren't shipping to stable yet. |
