Regression: Unwanted line is seen in Event log for Performance Tab of Devtools.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 58.0.3007.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04, Windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome and Open devtools>>Performance Tab
(2)Hit F5 to reload. After profile is loaded goto Event log
(3)Observe an unwanted line(refer screenshot)

Expected result:No, unwanted line should been seen.
Actual Result: Instead, a unwanted line appears near the All button.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-58.

Able to reproduce this issue on Mac OS 10.12 using chrome latest Dev M58-58.0.3007.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 448227 (known good), but no later than 448228 (first known bad).
