Steps to reproduce the problem:

Here you can download the AC certificates: https://www.sede.fnmt.gob.es/descargas/certificados-raiz-de-la-fnmt (spanish)

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 55.0.2883.87 Channel: stable

I didn't have a problem importing these certificates.

At what point was the error shown? When you choose "Import", do you see a Chrome prompt for a Label? Do you see a prompt to unlock "Gnome2 Key Storage" or similar?

Here you can see it...
I download a CA certificate from FNMT.
There is an error when I try to import it.
I try again checking everything with the same result
Same problem when I try to import a personal certificate.
