Regression:In Md-settings Edges of 'Main menu' appears uneven

Chrome Version: 58.0.3007.0 (Official Build) 0e09de60e479fe2ee105fb731b403c729fce3ac1-refs/heads/master@{#449173} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6,10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings page.
(2)Click on ‘Main menu’ icon and click on ‘Advanced’.
(3)Open Dev tools,select 'emulated view' and drag the dev tools towards R.H.S
(4)Observe the edges of 'Main menu' of md-settings page.(Kindly refer the video)

Actual:Edges of 'Main menu' of md-settings page does not appear proper.i.e appears uneven.

Expected:Edges of 'Main menu' of md-settings page should appear properly.

This is a Regression issue broken in M-58,will soon update other info.

Good build:58.0.3001.0
Bad build:58.0.3002.0

Correction:This is a Regression issue broken in M-57.

Below is the Manual Regression range.

Good build:57.0.2950.0
Bad build:57.0.2952.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good Build -- 57.0.2950.0  (revision : 438011)
Bad Build  -- 57.0.2952.0  (revision : 438707)

You are probably looking for a change made after 438186 (known good), but no later than 438187 (first known bad).
