Regression:unable to scroll vertical scroll bar in Timeline section of dev tools |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3006.0 dev OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and Navigate to md-settings (2)press f12 and open performance section and reload the page. (3)Navigate to the call tree section and try to scroll down and observe. Expected Result:Should be able to scroll in the call tree section of timeline section. Actual Result:unable to scroll in the call tree section of timeline section. This is a regression issue broken in M58. Good Build-58.0.2993.0 Bad Build-58.0.2994.0

Unable to test this scenario on Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04 with chrome canary #58.0.3012.0, because in dev_tools there is no timeline tab is not present Attaching the screen-cast for reference sahitya.bukka@ could you please look into it and confirm from your end???
