Regression: Focus highlight doesn't stay on profile name while hovering on it |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 58.0.3006.0 dev OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome and click on profile icon on top right >> Hover on profile name and observe Expected: Focus highlight should remain even on hovering on profile name. Actual: Instead highlight fades and comeback while hovering on name. This is a regression issue broken in M58. Good Build: 58.0.3004.0 dev Bad Build: 58.0.3005.2 dev

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, You are probably looking for a change made after 448227 (known good), but no later than 448228 (first known bad).
