Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. put back the DISABLE PLugins

What is the expected behavior?
there should be ENABLE/ DISABLE Plugins

What went wrong?
No buttons for disabling the plugins. Bring it back!

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Bring back the ENABLE / DISABLE PLUGIN. 
and Why does this chrome update automatically? I want to be able to disable it. You guys keep making update changes for worse!
