Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8872.76.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2883.105 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8872.76.0 (Official Build) stable-channel zako Steps to reproduce the problem: Disable extension What is the expected behavior? Extension only disabled for certain session. What went wrong? Extension disabled for all sessions. Would be nice to be able to have an option to disable just for the session. This can be used to disable extension you don't use on that PC. That way memory can be reduced. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2883.105 Channel: n/a OS Version: 8872.76.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

I would also like to be able to disable plugins on a per computer basis i.e. if you disable a plugin, it won't be disabled for all devices.
