I couldn't reproduce this either. How was this tested? FWIW, somewhat unintuitive if you add a new address with the 'ADD' button, it shows up at the top of the list not the bottom.

I can't remember what I was doing right before it happened, but I can't repro now either on 57.0.2987.54 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)
