Password being saved without prompting

PRIVACY ISSUE
I use Last Pass to store my passwords, but when I login in using Last Pass, Chrome saves my passwords without prompting me. I have deleted the passwords from the Chrome password manager, but when I log in again using last pass, they appear in the manager again. Some people enable password saving without prompting in chrome-flags, but I made sure that was disabled.

VERSION:
Chrome Version: 56.0.2924.87 stable
Operating System: Windows 10

REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please provide detailed reproduction steps, and any additional
information below. Include an URL demonstrating the issue and attach a

affects your privacy.

1. I delete the saved password for a site from Chrome password manager.
2. I log into the site using Last Pass's auto filler.
3. The username and password appear again in Chrome's password manager.

There should not be any way for Chrome to store new passwords without prompting.
Could you please:
* Confirm how you delete the passwords from Chrome in your step 1?
* Confirm what you see in chrome://settings/passwords after step 3?
* Open another tab with chrome://password-manager-internals, do the three steps you mention, and share the content of chrome://password-manager-internals afterwards?
