info icon is not displayed for http pages with password fields

Issue description

App Version: 57.0.2987.39 beta
iOS Version: 10.3, 9.3.5
Device: iPhone7, iPhone6 plus (iPhones only)
URL: http://http-password.badssl.com 

Precondition: Goto Chrome Beta experimental settings and add Flag line#1 "--mark-non-secure-as=show-non-secure-passwords-cc-ui". 

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Force quit and Launch Google Chrome Beta
  2. Navigate http://http-password.badssl.com

Observed results: Observe that info icon in omnibox is not displayed
Note: info icon is displayed on iPads for the same webpage.

Expected results: info icon in omnibox should be displayed as the page contains a password over http page

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes/No
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes/No
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: No Chrome Dev M58.
Bug reproducible on Safari/Firefox: Firefox: NA, Safari: NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): M56 NA (New feature)
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version): M57 Yes
Autofill bugs: Bug reproducible on Chrome desktop? No. Works fine on Chrome on Mac

This is a platform limitation; the iOS autofill code only detects password forms, not individual password fields.

On iOS, the expected behaviour only applies for https://http-login.badssl.com/

Just to check, did this and  Issue 690193  come out of a test plan, or you just playing around?

If it's the latter, that's fine (these are totally legitimate bugs, just ones we know we won't fix), but if it's the former I should document the iOS discrepancies for you.

I have started testing this feature for M57, i read through the design docs and testing instructions given from Launch bug, and not aware that iOS will have differences from other platforms. If there are more differences apart from this bug then it would be nice to have them documented in the testplan. Once I started a testplan you can review it.
