Support transition between Chrome VR and WebVR pages |

Issue descriptionVisiting a page in Chrome VR (2D content rendered in a quad) that has embedded WebVR content (or links to it) should allow for smoothly transitioning to the WebVR content when the 'Present in VR' UI is selected.

Oh, I didn't see that one. This looks like mostly a dupe of that. This one is more specific to strictly getting into WebVR from ChromeVR, while issue 689139 seems to be a higher level support all ways. I didn't find that one (or know anyone was working on it), so I'm fine closing this one as a dupe and letting Chris handle it.
