Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Update Chrome OS to latest channel.
2. Reboot your Chromebook. 
3. Login screen and cursor will hang minimum 30 secs to 1 min.

What is the expected behavior?
It should open the login screen when it boots as before.

What went wrong?
However, after the new update, it hangs minimum 30 secs to 1 min and locks the cursors. After a certain period of time passes, you'll be able to login.
