Mojo Windows FYI trybot has broken tests |

Issue descriptionhttps://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.fyi/builders/Mojo%20Windows?numbuilds=200 views_mus_interactive_ui_tests fails to run. It hasn't passed once in the available history. browser_tests is passing but I don't think it's running the expected tests. We pass in a number of extra args so it will run as mash. https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/testing/buildbot/chromium.fyi.json?q=chromium.fyi.json&sq=package:chromium&dr&l=11380 Those args aren't handled by the browser_test executable unless additional code is compiled into it. That code is only compiled only if is_chromeos=true. https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/chrome/test/BUILD.gn?q=chrome/test/BUILD.gn&sq=package:chromium&dr&l=1190 So I think it's just running a single test using the normal Windows browser_test executable. I don't think Windows can even compile all of the necessary mash code, since ash will no longer compile on Windows.

This issue has been Available for over a year. If it's no longer important or seems unlikely to be fixed, please consider closing it out. If it is important, please re-triage the issue.
