Overlay scrollbar painting splits after switching form impl to main

Chrome Version: 58.0.2999.0 (Developer Build) (64-bit)
OS: Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Make sure that overlay scrollbars are enabled.
(2) Scroll on the purple div of the attached file. Scrolling will switch to
main thread at some point.
(3)Watch the top left corner of the purple div. Part of the scrollbar
is painted there.

What is the expected result?
Scrollbar should be painted in its usual place.

What happens instead?
Part of it is painted in the top left corner of the div.

This may be fixed when we use composited scrollbars everywhere. Leaving it open to confirm.

This issue can not reproduce with flag: --enable-prefer-compositing-to-lcd-text.

Chao, could you try on a recent build of ChromeOS - one that has the above flag enabled by default. If it doesn't repro feel free to mark as WontFix
