Regression:Menu drawer doesn't opens after mouse drag on L.H.S of page in chrome://md-settings/

Chrome Version:57.0.2987.37 (Official Build)47a57c88d21c9db6c802e723966c0d7a1e5a991c-refs/branch-heads/2987@{#374} 32/64-bit. 
OS:Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6,10.12.1), Linux (14.04 LTS).


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/
(2)Drag the mouse over L.H.S to open menu overlay and observe 

Actual: Menu drawer doesn't opens after mouse drag on L.H.S of page.

Expected: Menu drawer should open after mouse drag on L.H.S of page.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M57' and below is the manual regression range
Good Build: 57.0.2950.0 
Bad Build:  57.0.2951.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good Build: 57.0.2950.0 (revision : 438011)
Bad Build:  57.0.2951.0 (revision : 438385)

You are probably looking for a change made after 438186 (known good), but no later than 438187 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.
