chrome browser is not responding when an image is dragged to upload

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1.click on Upload from any website where you have UPLOAD option 2. when Windows explorers appears 3. without selecting image and clicking on Image to open 4. Drag the image to upload Now the page is not responding What is the expected behavior? when user select the image and open OR drag the image to the page ,the image must be uploaded else Provide pause or stop icon to do that ,same as Mozilla firefox What went wrong? The chrome browser is not responding. Handle the situation accordingly. Crashed report ID: Donno How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? No Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.3 using chrome version 56.0.2924.87 .Able to upload the image on Facebook without any issue. Please find the attached screen cast for the same. Request you please provide us any URL to reproduce the issue from our end. Thanks,

click on UPLOAD Button. now without selecting the image,drag the image .then the error occurs

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.3 using chrome version 56.0.2924.87 .Able to upload the image without selecting the image,we dragged the image & uploaded successfully on Facebook without any issue.
