Issue description

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 5:
Firefox 4.x:
IE 7/8/9:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open chrome://inspect/
2.click on inspect app listed with connected device.
3.blank screen comes.
What is the expected result?
console should open
What happens instead of that?
blank screen comes
I am using ubunto V16.04LTS and google chrome version is 54.0.2840.71(64bit).

Assigning this issue to MTV team as chrome-Hyd team do not have this OS(Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS) to triage. Adding "TE-NeedsTriageFromMTV" for further triaging. Thank you!!

I'm not able to reproduce this bug. M54 is out of date, could you please try it using Chrome Canary and update the Chrome app on your phone?
