Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/56.0.2924.87 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. swiping 2 over the screen with one finger. 2. it should be scolling page horizontal 3. after some time it should be scrolling and nothing else. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? After sometimes if you scroll on the screen with one finger, the page is going to zoom in and out. it seems like chromium thinks there is a finger on the screen. while everything is working fine by mouse. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

Hi mail@rinivanzoggel.nl: - Please send us a link that reproduces the bug. - Since this doesn't always reproduce, tell us more about a possible sequence of steps that leads to this situation if possible. - Re #c6: You mentioned testing it in Chrome 53, 54 ,55 ,56, 57. Did you mean this bug happens in all these versions? If not, which one shows the bug?
