OS: Windows(7,8,8.1,10) Linux(14.04 LTS)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome, sign in and go to hangouts, click on video call, click on message icon at bottom left.
2. Click on iron icon on top right corner and select Full screen, now exit full screen.
3. Click on Show message button on message overlay and observe

Actual Result: Show Message overlay does not expand.
Expected Result: Show Message overlay should expand.


This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-51 series, appears from build #51.0.2700.0

Note: Issue not appearing on MAC and Firefox.
