Add all the automation instructions for the new pointer event tests

There are a few tests recently added to wpt repo under pointerevents which we need to add their automated instructions.
Currently they are marked as timeout in TestExpectation file under WebKit

Pointerevent test cleanup

This CL adds the rest of the pointerevent tests
automations in Chrome as well as cleaning up the
text for a test.
Note that Chrome fails the two finger pan test.
