Tabs frozen but webpage responsive |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 57.0.2987.19 dev OS: ChromeOS 9202.12.0 Received a feedback report that clicking on tabs was unresponsive but the webpage could still be scrolled. I looked in the logs (attached) and saw dozens of lines of: [1464:1464:0205/083733.568239:ERROR:device_event_log_impl.cc(140)] [08:37:33.567] Network: network_state.cc:326 Invalid WebProxyAutoDiscoveryUrl: /service/0: A Parser-blocking, cross-origin script, <URL: 18> is invoked via document.write. This may be blocked by the browser if the device has poor network connectivity. See <URL: 11> for more details.
