On retina screens the box-shadow property incorrectly renders depending on the object's positioning.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Example URL: https://jsfiddle.net/brandonjmcghee/L3ys78yt/3/

1. Create an object with a box-shadow.
2. Give the box shadow a high blur-radius and and low spread-radius.
3. Position the object using different margins.

What is the expected behavior?
All sides of the box-shadow should spread and fade evenly and not end abruptly.

What went wrong?
When positioning an object that has a box-shadow with a high blur-radius and a low spread-radius the box-shadow will fade inconsistently or end abruptly.

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 24.0 r0

This bug was replicated on macOS Sierra v10.12.2 and v10.12.3 in both Chrome v55.0.2883.95 (64-bit) and v56.0.2924.87 (64-bit).

I have only been able to reproduce it on retina screens.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Mac-Retina-10.12.2 using chrome stable version 56.0.2924.87 and latest canary 58.0.3005.2 with the steps mentioned in comment#0.

Reporter@ could you please upgrade the chrome to latest version and check the issue and please let us know your observations.
Please find the attached screen cast for reference.

Sorry for the delay, here is a screen capture reproducing the problem using Chrome v56.0.2924.87 and Mac 10.12.3.

Tested the issue on Mac-10.12.2 using Chrome Stable version and 56.0.2924.87 and canary 58.0.3011.4 and issue is not reproduced.
