3. Wait a moment after transition ends, and you'll have artifacts.

Clean page without artifacts.

What went wrong?
Artifacts.

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 56.0.2924.87 Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.3

I linked a simple page layout that causes problems for me. Page has setTimeout of 1 second to apply the class "konami" on html element. Then it transitioning for 1 second to filter:brightness(50%). Just after transition ends you should see artifacts as on screenshot. Checked Firefox, no artifacts there.

The bug is gone. It may be connected somehow with that now I have NVidia discrete GPU instead of integrated Intel HD 530.
