Chromebit restarts when trying to re-establish internet connection, in Kiosk mode

Platform: Chrome OS

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. In kiosk mode, run an app on the Chromebit for few minutes.
2. Turn off the WiFi router.
3. Wait 10 minutes.
4. Turn on the WiFi router.
5. In some cases, within a minute or two, the device will restart itself (you'll see that the kiosk app is restarting).

What is the expected behavior?
The Chromebit should not restart itself.

What went wrong?
The restart which should not take part.

I tried it on Chrome OS v53, in Kiosk mode.

Components: -Platform>DevTools OS>Embedded OS>Kernel
It's not related to Chrome DevTools. I think it's potentially can be related to Chrome OS, because mentioned device run this OS.
