Regression : [md-settings] Incorrect cookies details are observed in "Cookies" subpage.

Chrome Version : 58.0.3004.4 (Official Build) 54ca43feba44b861ed9986bb7d3b65d7178edd41-refs/branch-heads/3004@{#5} 32/64 bit
OS : Windows (7,8,10), Mac (10.11.6, 10.12.1, 10.12), Linux (14.04 LTS)

Test URL : https://in.yahoo.com/

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to above URL.
2. Open another new tab and navigate to chrome://md-settings/content
3. Click on 'Cookies', scroll down the cookies page and click on "in.yahoo.com" cookie entry.
4. Now expand the cookie details and observe.

Actual : Incorrect cookies details are observed in "Cookies" sub page.
Expected : Proper cookie details should be seen in "Cookies" sub page.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-58’, below is the Manual Regression range and will soon update other info.
Good build : 58.0.2990.0
Bad build : 58.0.2991.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build : 58.0.2990.0 (revision :445313)
Bad build : 58.0.2991.0 (revision : 445609)

You are probably looking for a change made after 445445 (known good), but no later than 445447 (first known bad).

The script might not always return single CL as suspect as some perf builds might get missing due to failure.

Tested the issue on windows 7, Mac 10.12.0, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome Dev#58.0.3012.0 with the steps mentioned in comment #0.Proper cookie details displayed on "Cookies" sub pages which is working as intended.Hence adding TE-Verified labels.
Please find the attached screen cast for the same.
