[MD History] Unable to search the results on History page after typing first two letters in 'Search history' box.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 58.0.3004.3 (Official Build)748a9b8eaae6a2a2d9870544166f8adf670b7a80-refs/branch-heads/3004@{#4} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows(7,8,10),Mac(10.12.1, 10.11.6, 10.12),Linux 14.04.

Test URLs:
1. https://www.google.co.in/webhp?ie=UTF-8&rct=j&gws_rd=cr&ei=t5qZWP38OYXNvgS4l4GABQ
2. https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/welcome.html
3. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions?hl=en

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, go to above test URLs and then navigate to chrome://history page.
2. Type first two letters (For Ex: 'ge') of any above test URLs in 'Search history' text box and observe.

Unnecessary "No search results found" message display on History page.
Result of corresponding URLs should display on History page.

Note: Results are displaying on History page after typing first three letters in 'Search history' text-box.

This is a non regression issue, seen from M-51 series.
