Non-regression:Content is seen chopped in chrome://welcome page.

OS: Ubuntu 14.04,Windows

(1)Launch chrome and wait till chrome://welcome/ pages appears.
(2)Navigate to the chrome://md-settings and change font size to very large and observe chrome://welcome page.

Expected:No thank you should display properly in welcome page.
Actual:No thank you is seen chopped.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from m-57(57.0.2978.0).

Able to reproduce this issue on Mac OS 10.12 using chrome latest Dev M58-58.0.3005.2. This issue is reproducible only while minimizing the screen size.
